Census Report and Surveys. The Borrower will furnish to the Lender promptly following the request of the Lender reports of the Property periodic patient or resident census with a breakdown with respect to the source of payment, licensure survey results, accreditation survey results and such other information relating to the operation of the Property as may reasonably be requested by the Lender from time to time.

Census Report and Surveys. To the extent permitted by all laws governing the privacy and confidentiality of individually identifiable information, the Borrower will furnish to the Lender promptly following the request of the Lender reports of the CCRC Property periodic patient or resident census with a breakdown with respect to the source of payment, licensure survey results, accreditation survey results and such other information relating to the operation of the CCRC Property as may reasonably be requested by the Lender from time to time.
Census Report and Surveys. Deliver to the Administrative Agent, promptly following the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent, reports prepared on a consolidated basis of the periodic resident census of the Living Facilities, including summaries of (i) the source of payment, (ii) licensure survey results and (iii) accreditation survey results and such other information relating to the operation of each Living Facility as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time, in each case, on a consolidated basis.

The Company shall not disclose material nonpublic information to the Investors, or to advisors to or representatives of the Investors, unless prior to disclosure of such information the Company identifies such information as being material nonpublic information and provides the Investors, such advisors and representatives with the opportunity to accept or refuse to accept such material nonpublic information for review and any Investor wishing to obtain such information enters into an appropriate confidentiality agreement with the Company with respect thereto.

  • Inspection; Reports (a) The Shipowner will at all reasonable times afford the Mortgagee or its authorized representatives full and complete access to the Vessel for the purpose of inspecting the Vessel and her cargo and papers, including without limitation all records pertaining to the Vessel’s maintenance and repair, and, at the request of the Mortgagee, the Shipowner will deliver for inspection copies of any and all contracts and documents relating to the Vessel, whether on board or not.

  • Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and shares of Common Stock) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.
