A-E shall prepare Right-of-Way Maps, Legal Land Descriptions and Exhibits, Traverse Closure Reports, Calculations; order Preliminary Title Reports and provide Land Title Investigations, and other required materials in conformance with County standards.
Such reports, as same may be amended or supplemented from time to time to reflect additional title matters, are referred to herein as the "Title Reports".
All matters disclosed by the Title Reports (as of the date hereof) which are not reflected on Section 5.7 of the Meridian Disclosure Schedule have heretofore been approved by ATS.

Seller will cooperate with Purchaser in assisting Purchaser to obtain (at Purchaser's expense) such Title Policies, including without limitation only such endorsements as may be reasonably necessary to insure that such Owned Real Property is free and clear of any Encumbrance not shown on the Title Reports which would materially and adversely affect the value or marketability of title thereto.
