Cardholder: Gift Card Maintenance. Servicer shall perform Cardholder requested maintenance to with respect to Gift Cards as may be requested telephonically or by way of written correspondence. For the avoidance of doubt, providing Cardholder requested maintenance to Cardholder Gift Card data elements is part of the Services. Servicer shall perform Cardholder requested maintenance to Cardholder Gift Card data elements when such requests are received by Servicer telephonically. Servicer will provide maintenance services in accordance with SLAs as provided in Schedule 3-C.

  • Data Collection, Processing and Usage The Company collects, processes and uses the International Participant’s personal data, including the International Participant’s name, home address, email address, and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Equity Awards or any other equity compensation awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the International Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the International Participant or the Employer. In granting the Equity Award under the Plan, the Company will collect the International Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the collection, processing and usage of the International Participant’s personal data is the International Participant’s consent.

  • Customer Service As between Fig and Developer, Developer shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining customer service and technical support in the Territory to Distributors and end users with respect to the Licensed Game (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Distributors and end-users of Fig pursuant to Fig Sales (as defined below)). Such customer service and technical support shall be of a quality that is comparable to such customer service and technical support as Developer provides for its other “top-tier” titles. For the purposes of this Section, “customer service” means the resolution of issues pertaining to the Licensed Game in the following general categories: payment processing, order inquiries, replacements and refunds, and technical support.

  • User 4.9.1 Not to use the Property otherwise than for the Permitted Use;

  • Data Processing System, Program and Information (a) The Investment Company shall not, solely by virtue of this Agreement, obtain any rights, title and interest in and to the computer systems and programs, including all related documentation, employed by FTIS in connection with rendering services hereunder; provided however, that the records prepared, maintained and preserved by FTIS pursuant to this Agreement shall be the property of the Investment Company.

  • Billing Services Manager shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following billing services to P.C.:

  • Account Information Upon referral of an account to Agency for collection, Client will provide Agency with the following information relative to each Referred Account: the applicable creditor name and the required obligor information, including the obligor’s name, address, phone number(s) and place of employment; the Referred Account number and balance owing; pertinent account history, account memos and documentation (“Account Information”). Thereafter, Client shall provide, in a timely manner, all reasonably necessary assistance, information, and documents that Agency may need to respond to obligor validation requests or discovery inquiries relating to a Referred Account.   • CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the same procedures it uses to service Customers with respect to its own charges.
