Card use and Conditions. The Card provided to me may be used for complet- ing certain transactions from your Accounts as described in Paragraph D of the EFTS Disclosure portion of this agreement. Those transactions may be performed only when the accounts have sufficient available balances. You understand that a deposit becomes “available” only after the Credit Union has verified and collected the funds, subject to our Regulation CC Availability Schedule. Under this Agreement and/or an Unsecured Line of Credit, the Card and PIN number may be used to obtain loan advances, which you promise to repay to the Credit Union. All of the terms and conditions of the written agreements which you previously made with the Credit Union regarding the use of your Regular Share account, Checking account, or Unsecured Line of Credit will apply to all of the transactions in which the Access Card and an automated teller machines are used, unless any term of those agreements conflicts with the terms of this agreement in which case the terms of this agreement will control.

Card use and Conditions. The ATM card is provided to me for completing certain transactions as described in the Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure Statement from my regular savings or checking account. The Horizons Debit card, or any similar card provided by the credit union may also be used to pay merchants at the point of sale. The funds to pay said merchants will come directly from my checking account or any other account as designated by the credit union. These transactions may be performed only while the accounts have sufficient available balances. I understand that a deposit become ”available” only after the credit union has verified and collected the funds. All terms and conditions of the written agreements which I previously made with the credit union regarding the use of my savings account, checking ac- count, or Line of Credit will apply to all transactions in which the Debit card and an automatic teller machine or ATM Network are used, unless any term of those agreements conflicts with the terms of this agreement in which case the terms of this agreement will control.

  • SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) TRANSACTION PROCESS An RFQ for this Lot will be awarded based on, and result in, a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW) which will be incorporated into an Authorized User Agreement. OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts.   • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). PROTECTION OF DATA, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SOFTWARE Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Terms and Conditions of Use NASCAR shall have the right to use and sublicense PROMOTER’s Marks in connection with publicity, promotion or advertising of the Event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, and the exploitation of Live Broadcast Rights and Ancillary Rights, provided, however, that NASCAR shall not, without the prior written consent of PROMOTER, use or sublicense the use of PROMOTER’s Marks on the branding of any retail package product, unless otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement.
