PIN Number. The Administrator shall issue to each Authorized Person a unique personal identification number (“PIN Number”) by which such Authorized Person shall be identified and instructions issued by the Authorized Participant hereunder shall be authenticated. The PIN Number shall be kept confidential and only provided to Authorized Persons and other employees of the Authorized Participant who have a reasonable need-to-know, unless required under applicable law. If after issuance, an Authorized Person’s PIN Number is changed, the new PIN Number will become effective on a date mutually agreed upon by the Authorized Participant and the Administrator. Upon the termination or revocation of authority of such Authorized Person by the Authorized Participant, the Authorized Participant shall give prompt written notice of such fact to the Administrator, the Sponsor and the Trust and such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Administrator, the Sponsor and the Trust. The Administrator agrees promptly to cancel the PIN Number assigned to an Authorized Person upon receipt of written notice from the Authorized Participant that an Authorized Person’s authority to act for it has been terminated.

PIN Number. 16.1 When you activate your Card, a PIN will be automatically allocated to your Card. Any additional or replacement Card will have its own PIN allocated. You will be advised of the PIN for your Card (and for any additional or replacement Card) by post to the address stated in the Disclosure Statement for your Finance Now Card Facility.

PIN Number. You understand that your card may be used to obtain a cash advance on your Mastercard account at any ATM (Automated Teller Machine) that bears the Mastercard symbol. By using the card in the ATM or any PIN activated sales terminal, you acknowledge that the PIN (Personal Identification Number), which is assigned to you, when used with your card is your signature, identifies the bearer of the card to Mastercard and authenticates and validates the directions given just as your actual signature. You further acknowledge that you PIN is a security method by which the credit union helps to maintain the security of your account. Therefore, you agree to take all reasonable precautions that no one learns your PIN. You also understand that reasonable precautions include, but are not limited to the following: o You agree not to tell or disclose your PIN to any other person. o You agree not to write your PIN on your card. o You agree not to keep a written record of your PIN near your card. This means you agree not to keep your PIN in the same wallet, cardholder, envelope, or place where you keep your card.

  • Limit on Number of Partners Unless otherwise permitted by the General Partner in its sole and absolute discretion, no Person shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner if the effect of such admission would be to cause the Partnership to have a number of Partners that would cause the Partnership to become a reporting company under the Exchange Act.

  • Taxpayer Identification Number; Other Identifying Information The true and correct U.S. taxpayer identification number of the Borrower is set forth on Schedule 10.02.

  • Type and Jurisdiction of Organization, Organizational and Identification Numbers The type of entity of such Grantor, its state of organization, the organizational number issued to it by its state of organization and its federal employer identification number are set forth on Exhibit A.
