Common use of Canadian Currency Clause in Contracts

Canadian Currency. (1) If a company is organized in the United States, all salaries shall refer to and be paid in legal tender of the United States provided that the Theatre may make payment in Canadian currency of equivalent value at the then current rate of exchange for services performed in Canada.

The Actor, at his request, may receive partial payment by check in dollars.
