Call-Off Pay Sample Clauses

Call-Off Pay. If an assignment that is outside school hours is cancelled before noon on the day of the activity, full time Sign Language Interpreters shall be paid for one-half (1/2) of the assignment’s scheduled time. If such an assignment is cancelled after noon on the day of the activity, payment shall be for the entire scheduled time for the assignment.

Call-Off Pay. If the Employer is unable, for one (1) hour or more, to replace an employee who calls off, the employee(s) who work the shift shall receive call-off pay. Call-off pay shall be $7.75 per hour worked and shall be divided equally among the employees who worked the shift at the affected worksite. The following criteria shall apply to call-off pay:

  • Call-Out Pay An employee who has already left the premises of the Company after completion of his scheduled shift, and who is recalled for work, shall be paid double his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on recall up to the starting time of his scheduled shift but, in any event, he shall be paid for not less than two (2) hours at double his regular straight time hourly rate.

  • Repurchase Price Unless agreed otherwise by the Purchaser and the Company, a price equal to (i) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan plus (ii) interest on such Stated Principal Balance at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate from the date on which interest has last been paid and distributed to the Purchaser through the last day of the month in which such repurchase takes place, less amounts received or advanced in respect of such repurchased Mortgage Loan which are being held in the Custodial Account for distribution in the month of repurchase.
