Bureau Commander. If the grievance is not settled at Step 2, the employee shall submit the grievance to the Bureau Commander or the Bureau Commander’s designee within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the Step 2 response. The Bureau Commander or the Bureau Commander’s designee shall investigate the matter and provide a written response to the employee within seven (7) calendar days following the date on which the grievance was submitted to the Bureau Commander.
