Bulletin Boards, Employee Roster and Email. 1. A bulletin board specifically designated for Union notices shall be provided in every building where bargaining unit employees are assigned, except for buildings in which the Agency does not own, operate or control the worksite, or in JCFS residential facilities. Such bulletin boards shall be at least 2 feet by 3 feet, and shall be placed at locations which are frequented by employees and where they will be readily visible to employees in the room or locations where they are placed. Political notices shall not be placed on bulletin boards designated for Union notices.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:
