Budget Line Item Adjustments. Line item adjustments shall be for Matrix Codes, if HUD changes an activity matrix code(s) or if there is an error in recording the activity code, HCD will inform CCC in writing and the correction shall not require an amendment to this Agreement.

Budget Line Item Adjustments. Modifications to uses of such Grant Funds shall be made in accordance with §4.4 of Exhibit B. For line item adjustments, the State will provide written notice to Grantee in a form substantially equivalent to Exhibit G (“Option Letter”). If exercised, the provisions of the Option Letter shall become part of, and be incorporated into, this Grant.
Budget Line Item Adjustments. 4.4.1.Grantee may request that DOLA move Grant Funds between and among budget line items, so long as the total amount of Grant Funds remains unchanged. To make such budget line item changes, DOLA will use an Option Letter (Exhibit G).

  • Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.
