Broadcast and Promotional Rights. The Promoter, with written approval from City of Lake Elsinore, shall have the right to contract for broadcast rights to the Tournament. The Promoter shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses relating to any broadcast of the Tournament. City of Lake Elsinore shall have the right, at no cost to the city of Lake Elsinore, to take pictures, video or other images or likenesses of the Tournament and its participants to use in promotional brochures and other publications or on its website or in forms of socialmedia. Tournament or Tournaments awarded to the Promoter in the event of (a) the Promoter’s insolvency or bankruptcy;

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

  • SEXUAL EXPLOITATION 22.1 The Contractor shall take all appropriate measures to prevent sexual exploitation or abuse of anyone by it or by any of its employees or any other persons who may be engaged by the Contractor to perform any services under the Contract.   • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
