  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training.   • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full-time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) and once every two (2) years in the amount of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) for maintenance and banquet houseperson. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the Employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job.   • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.
