  • Expense Allowances A Teacher shall be reimbursed each month for authorized out-of-pocket expenses upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents.

  • Travelling Allowances (a) If the engagement is for a concert or rehearsal at a venue which is over fifteen miles from the recognised central point of the musician’s normal centre of employment, and alternative transport is not provided and paid for by the engager, a travelling allowance of 36p per mile shall be paid for all miles necessarily travelled on land in reaching, fulfilling and returning from the engagement. ‘Alternative transport’ shall not include the shared use of another musician’s car.

  • Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core.   • Vehicle Allowances Vehicle allowances for all distances traveled on Employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. The allowance shall cover distance to and from the employee's place of residence up to a total maximum of thirty-two (32) kilometers, only when the employee is required to have his vehicle at work for use in the performance of his duties. The vehicle allowance shall be thirty-eight (38) cents per kilometer. Ownership of a vehicle will not be considered a condition of employment.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Room and Board Allowance 16.01 All employees working on a job who are required to maintain temporary living quarters away from their permanent residence will receive rates of pay as defined in Article 14 Wage Rates, and as stipulated in Article 25.01(a), and work the standard hours of work as defined in Article 12 Standard Hours of Work and Shift Work. All employees working under this clause will receive Room and Board Allowance as stipulated in this Article 16 Room and Board Allowance.

  • - Separation Allowances (a) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve (12) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.

  • Tool Allowances The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required to perform the work.
