Bid by Seniority. Except for those slots noted in subsection 1.a. below, incumbents in the IS-I and IS-II classifications may bid, based on seniority, on all shift slots. Seniority for the purpose of this Sideletter of Agreement (“Sideletter”) is defined as time in classification.

  • Super Seniority In the event of a layoff, the Plant Chairperson, Committeepersons and Stewards shall have super seniority.
