Citizens of either Contracting Party holding diplomatic passports, assigned to work in a diplomatic mission or consular post in the territory of the other Contracting Party, shall have the right to enter the territory of that Contracting Party without the need to apply for a visa. At the request of the interested diplomatic mission, the aforementioned citizens shall be issued a document legalizing their stay for the period of his/her official stay, within 90 (ninety) days from the date of his/her arrival to the territory of that Contracting Party.
