BHFB connection. BHFB shall have the right to connect as soon as the Regional Pump Station is operational. The Regional Pump Station and the Regional Sewage Solution shall be designed and constructed with sufficient capacity to accommodate the sewage flows from the Proposed Development together with not less than GPD from the BHFB Properties as well as the projected GPD’s for the Off-Site Properties and so as to receive the conveyance of sewage from the BHFB Properties by gravity. As more particularly set forth in the Termination of Easements and Declaration of Easements and Covenants (“Declaration”) attached hereto as Exhibit “11”, RFA shall at no cost to BHFB and no later than simultaneously with the recording of the Final Land Development Plans, grant (with good, marketable and insurable title) to BHFB such perpetual and permanent non-exclusive easements over the RFA Property (including that part of the RFA Property referred to as the Access Easement Area in the Declaration) as may be required by BHFB for the purpose of access, construction, connection and maintenance of a gravity sewer line servicing the BHFB Properties to the Regional Pump Station.

  • Indirect Network Connection 64.8.1 For purposes of this Agreement, Indirect Traffic means traffic which is originated by one Party and terminated to the other Party in which a third party ILEC’s Tandem switch both provides the intermediary Transit Service and serves CenturyLink’s NXXs. Indirect Network Connection for Indirect Traffic is intended only for de minimis traffic associated with CLEC “start- up” market entry into a CenturyLink local exchange.
