Between City Facilities. SPD directs the Contractor to tow the vehicle from one City facility to another City facility. The City will pay for the towing and additional services associated with the tow between City facilities.
Banking Facilities Section 3.06(d) of the Company Disclosure Schedules sets forth an accurate and complete list of (i) each bank, savings and loan or similar financial institution with which the Company has an account or safety deposit box or other similar arrangement and any numbers or other identifying codes of such accounts, safety deposit boxes or such other arrangements maintained by the Company thereat, and (ii) the names of all Persons authorized to draw on any such account or to have access to any such safety deposit box facility or such other arrangement.
Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.
Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to Z-Tel.
Other Facilities Promptly and in no event more than ten (10) days after the effectiveness thereof, copies of (i) any documents, agreements or instruments evidencing indebtedness for borrowed money of any DT Entity and (ii) any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification any documents, agreements or instruments evidencing indebtedness for borrowed money of any DT Entity, including, without limitation, any fee letter, waiver, consent and any other document, agreement or instrument executed in connection with any of the foregoing.
Entrance Facility The facilities between a Party's designated premises and the Central Office serving that designated premises.
Shared Facilities The Lessor shall keep all elevators, firefighting and safety facilities, air conditioning equipment and other facilities in the building in a normal operation condition, and regularly repair and maintain the same. After the receipt of a fault notice from the Lessee, the Lessor shall send certain personnel to repair the facilities in reasonable time (except the part that shall be repaired by the Lessee or the user).
Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.
State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.
Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.
