BENEFITS WHILE ON PARENTAL OR MATERNITY LEAVE AND PARENTAL LEAVE. The employee maintains coverage for medical, extended health, dental, and insurance benefits while on maternity, adoption or parental leave. The Employer agrees to pay the premiums to a combined leave maximum of seventy-eight (78) weeks plus any additional leave the employee is entitled to under Article 22.03 and Article 22.05(d).
