Back Panel. The rear ballistic panel shall have a generally form fitting shape fully covering the back and rear side kidney area but having a lessor scoop neck and a sculptured perimeter that increases full concealment while bring worn. The lower side torso region shall be covered consistent with arm comfort and mobility. No overlapping of the front and rear ballistic panels is allowable. The distance between the front and rear ballistic panels on the side may vary but may not exceed 1.0” so that the front and rear panel are allowed to move independently of each other for increased comfort purposes. Overlapping of the side panels is not permitted.
