AUDIT NOTICE AND TIMING. 2.1 As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall use their best endeavours to agree to a timetable for routine audits during the Project Implementation Phase and the Operation and Management Phase. Such timetable during the Implementation Phase, the Nodal Agency or its nominated agency and thereafter during the operation Phase, the Nodal Agency or its nominated agency shall conduct routine audits in accordance with such agreed timetable and shall not be required to give the Implementation Agency any further notice of carrying out such audits.
