Association’s Policies. All such insurance coverage obtained by the Board of Directors will be written in the name of the Association as trustee for each of the Owners to the extent of his insurable interest and costs of all such coverage will be a Common Expense. Exclusive authority to adjust losses under policies obtained by the Association and hereafter in force with respect to the Development will be vested in the Board of Directors; provided, however, that no Mortgagee or other security holder of the Common Areas having an interest in such losses may be prohibited from participating in the settlement negotiations, if any, related thereto. Insofar as permitted by law, the Association will be required to make every effort to secure insurance policies with the provisions hereinafter set forth:

  • Umbrella Policies Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • General Policies (a) The evaluated job rate arrived at through official evaluation by the Joint Job Evaluation Board will be final and binding upon both parties to the Labour Agreement unless review has been requested as provided in Section 3(a)(ii)(c) or 3(a)(ii)(g). In case of such review the decision of the Job Evaluation Directors or, where appropriate the Independent Review Officer shall be final and binding upon both parties. Where a number of appeals indicate a problem within a job field, the Directors shall refer such problems to the Administrative Committee for final determination.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • University Policies Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the University, comply with all policies and procedures of the University.
