Association President. A. The president of WCEA will be granted a temporary half-time/full-time leave of absence from his/her current teaching position effective July 1 through June 30, for the purpose of serving as WCEA president. For the purpose of this agreement, the half-time assignment will include half of the planning time allocated to the full-time classroom teacher.
