Articles 8. 9 and 8.10 (Instructional Load-Point System) shall take effect no later than the first contractual workday of the Fall Term 2010, or as soon as is practicable upon the written concurrence of the Parties that any necessary and affordable modifications to the College’s data-management infrastructure, including training for staff, have been completed.   • ARTICLES a. Additional Terms and Conditions, Section Term of Contract, of the ORIGINAL CONTRACT is amended to read in its entirety as follows:

  • Articles Not Plenary This Article and Article 1.1.9 are not entire, plenary, or exhaustive of all terms used in the Contract and General Conditions that require definition. There may be definitions of other terms under articles to which the terms are related.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

  • CLOSING PROVISIONS (a) Subscriber agrees to be identified as a customer of JetBrains and agrees that JetBrains may refer to Subscriber by name, trade name and trademark, if applicable, and may briefly describe Subscriber’s business in JetBrains marketing materials, on JetBrains Site, and in public or legal documents. Subscriber hereby grants JetBrains a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Subscriber’s name and any of Subscriber’s trade names and trademarks solely pursuant to this marketing section.

  • Incorporation of Schedules The Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

  • Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.
