ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN STANDARDS. A. All buildings and accessory structures constructed within the Property shall be developed in compliance with the requirements of this section, and with the applicable provisions of the LDC relating to architectural standards where they do not conflict with the provisions of this section.

If the Property is subject to Community \Document as described above, Purchaser acknowledges that any alterations to the Property must be completed in accordance with Design Guidelines and the approval of the applicable Community Association board.

On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8.
