Common use of Approval of Invoices Clause in Contracts

Approval of Invoices. All invoices submitted by Contractor to County for payment shall have County’s written approval as provided in this Paragraph 5.5 (invoices and Payments), and evidenced by County Project Manager’s signature on invoice, prior to any payment thereof. In no event shall County be liable or responsible for any payment prior to such written approval.
