Appointment to Position. Appointment to a position shall be in writing with the date of hire, salary and any differential stated. A job description for the specific position occupied by the newly appointed employee will be distributed to him/her at orientation. Other job descriptions defining all positions under this Agreement will be made available for inspection by request.
