APPOINTMENT OF NEW TRUSTEE. Where a Holder of the Rights establishes to the satisfaction of Tasmanian Irrigation that it holds the Rights as trustee, that Xxxxxx of the Rights may transfer the Rights to any new trustee of the same trust.
APPOINTMENT OF NEW TRUSTEE. If the Trustee so resigns or is so removed or is dissolved, becomes bankrupt, goes into liquidation or otherwise becomes incapable of acting hereunder, the Company will forthwith appoint a new Trustee, unless a new Trustee has already been appointed by the Special Warrantholders.

APPOINTMENT OF NEW TRUSTEE. 24.01 The statutory power to appoint new trustees of this Trust Deed shall be vested in the Company, but no trustee shall be appointed who shall not previously have been approved by an Extraordinary Resolution. A trust corporation may be appointed as sole trustee of this Trust Deed. If there shall be more than one trustee of this Trust Deed one trustee must be a trust corporation. Whenever there shall be more than two trustees of this Trust Deed a majority of such trustees (including in such majority a trust corporation) may exercise all the functions, powers and duties by this Trust Deed vested in the Trustee generally.
