Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.
Implementation of the Report 1. The Panel report shall be final and binding on the disputing Parties. 2. If the report issued by the Panel determines that a Party has not conformed with its obligations under this Agreement, the Party complained against shall eliminate the non- conformity. 3. The Party complained against shall comply with the recommendation of the Panel promptly or, if not practicable, within a reasonable period of time. The Parties shall agree on reasonable period of time within 30 days of the notification of the report of the Panel. In any case, such reasonable period of time shall not exceed 300 calendar days after the release of the report.
Application of this Agreement 2.1 All facilities made available by the Bank to any Person in respect of a Card or a Card Account are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time subject to prior notice) and any other applicable terms and conditions. A Person becomes subject to such terms and conditions (if not already so subject) by signing, activating or using a Card or permitting its use.
Application of this clause (a) The Recipient must ensure that any subcontract entered into for the purpose of this Agreement contains an equivalent clause granting the rights specified in this clause 9.
CANCELLATION OF TBS ACCESS CODE The Account Holder may cancel his TBS Access Code by giving notice to the Bank in writing or in any other manner as may be determined by the Bank, and such notice shall only be effective upon actual receipt thereof by the relevant officer-in-charge at the Bank.
Application of the Agreement (1) This Agreement shall apply to investments made in the territory of either Contracting Party in accordance with its legislation by investors of the other Contracting Party prior as well as after the entry into force of this Agreement.
Regulatory and Legal Changes The parties acknowledge that the respective rights and obligations of each party as set forth in this Agreement upon its execution are based on law and the regulatory environment as it exists on the date of execution of this Agreement. Comcast may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, in the event there is a material change in any law, rule, regulation, Force Majeure event, or judgment of any court or government agency, and that change affects Comcast’s ability to provide the Services herein.
Application of this Article Meetings of Shareholders shall consist of Shareholders of any Series (or Class thereof) or of all Shareholders, as determined pursuant to the Declaration of Trust, and this Article shall be construed accordingly.
Form and substance of requests for assistance 1. Requests pursuant to this Protocol shall be made in writing. They shall be accompanied by the documents necessary to enable compliance with the request. When required because of the urgency of the situation, oral requests may be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing immediately.
APPLICATION OF THIS PART 1.1 This Part A applies if you have requested in your Application that we supply you with Voice Services and sets out the terms and conditions on which we will supply you with Voice Services.
