Regulatory and Legal Changes. The parties acknowledge that the respective rights and obligations of each party as set forth in this Agreement upon its execution are based on law and the regulatory environment as it exists on the date of execution of this Agreement. Comcast may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, in the event there is a material change in any law, rule, regulation, Force Majeure event, or judgment of any court or government agency, and that change affects Comcast’s ability to provide the Services herein.

Regulatory and Legal Changes. In the event of any change in Law, regulation or industry change that would prohibit or otherwise materially interfere with RingCentral’s ability to provide Services under this Agreement, RingCentral may terminate the affected Services or this Agreement or otherwise modify the terms thereof.

The Parties agree that in the event of any subsequent decision by a legislative, regulatory or judicial body, including any regulatory or judicial order, rule, regulation, decision in any arbitration or other dispute resolution or other legal or regulatory action that materially affects the provisions or ability to provide Services on economic terms of the Agreement, Comcast may, by providing written notice to the Customer, require that the affected provisions of the Agreement be renegotiated in good faith. If Customer refuses to enter such renegotiations, or the Parties can’t reach resolution on new Agreement terms, Comcast may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, upon sixty (60) days written notice to Customer.
Regulatory and Legal Changes. In the event of any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order that materially increases the costs or other terms of delivery of Service, Xxxxx 0 and Customer will negotiate regarding the rates to be charged to Customer to reflect such increase in cost and, in the event that the parties are unable to reach agreement respecting new rates within thirty (30) days after Level 3's delivery of written notice requesting renegotiation, then (a) Level 3 may pass such increased costs through to Customer, and (b) if Level 3 elects to pass such increased costs through to Customer, Customer may terminate the affected Service without termination liability by delivering written notice of termination no later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of the rate increase.
Regulatory and Legal Changes. If changes in applicable law, regulation, rule or order materially affect delivery of the Services, the parties will negotiate appropriate changes to these Terms. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after Cyclomedia’s notice requesting renegotiation: (a) Cyclomedia may, on a prospective basis after such 30 day period, pass any increased costs on to Customer; and (b) if Cyclomedia does so, Customer may terminate the affected Service on notice to Cyclomedia delivered within 30 days.

Clear Rate may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, in the event there is a material change in any law, rule, regulation, Force Majeure event, or judgment of any court or government agency, and that change affects Clear Rate’s ability to provide the Services herein.
Regulatory and Legal Changes. Netrix may discontinue, limit or modify any Service, or impose additional requirements to the provision of any Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any applicable laws. If changes in applicable laws materially and adversely affect delivery of Service (including the economic viability thereof) or would impose further compliance requirements, then Netrix will provide notice to Client (in accordance with Section 8.4) to the extent that said changes impact Client’s obligations.

If CenturyLink does so, Customer may terminate the affected Service on notice to CenturyLink delivered within 30 days of the cost increase taking effect.
