APPENDIX B DEFINITIONS. For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply. This is not a complete list of all terms found in this Agreement. Individual provider (also referred to as home care worker, employee or caregiver): a person, including a personal aide, who, under an individual provider contract with the department or as an employee of a consumer directed employer, provides personal care or respite care services to persons who are functionally disables or otherwise eligible under programs authorized and funded by the Medicaid state plan, Medicaid waiver programs chapter 71A.12 RCW, RCW 74.13.270, or similar state-funded in-home care programs. SEIU 775 (also referred to as Union): sole and exclusive bargaining representative for the statewide bargaining unit of individual providers as defined in RCW 74.39A.270. ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. APPENDIX B DEFINITIONS. This Appendix defines terms that are used in the Agreement and other Appendices. Any capitalized term used in the Agreement or Appendix A that are not defined therein and are also not defined here in Appendix B has the meaning provided in 45 CFR 155.20.
APPENDIX B DEFINITIONS.
(1) Advance Payments of the Premium Tax Credit (APTC) has the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 155.20.
(2) Affordable Care Act (ACA) means the Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-152), which are referred to collectively as the Affordable Care Act or ACA.
(3) Agent or Broker has the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 155.20.
(4) Agent or Broker Direct Enrollment (DE) Technology Provider has the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 155.20.
(5) Applicant has the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 155.20.
APPENDIX B DEFINITIONS. Employment relationship problem – includes a personal grievance, a dispute and any other problem relating to or arising out of an employment relationship between: Full-time employee – means an employee engaged to perform the standard weekly hours of work applicable to their workplace. Metropolitan area – means: Auckland North, Auckland Central, Auckland South, Waikato Metro, Wellington Metro, Canterbury Metro or Southern Metro. Ministry – means the Ministry of Social Development. MSD – means the Ministry of Social Development.
