Anti-discrimination in Services. Contractor shall not discriminate in the provision of services hereunder because of race, color, religious creed, national origin, ethnic group identification, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, medical condition, marital status, political affiliation, or physical or mental disability in accordance with requirements of Federal and State laws. For the purpose of this Sub-paragraph, discrimination in the provision of services may include, but is not limited to, the following: Denying any person any service or benefit or the availability of a facility; providing any service or benefit to a person which is not equivalent or is provided in a non-equivalent manner or at a non-equivalent time, from that provided to others; subjecting any person to segregation or separate treatment in any manner related to the receipt of any service; restricting any person in any way in the enjoyment of any advantage or privilege enjoyed by others receiving any service or benefit; and treating any person differently from others in determining admission, enrollment quota, eligibility, membership, or any other requirements or conditions which persons must meet in order to be provided any service or benefit. Contractor shall take affirmative action to ensure that intended beneficiaries of this Agreement are provided services without regard to race, color, religious creed, national origin, ethnic group identification, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, age, medical condition, marital status, political affiliation, physical or mental disability.

  • ANTI-DISCRIMINATION i) It is the intention of the parties to seek to achieve the object in section 3 (f) of the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000 to prevent and eliminate discrimination in the workplace.   • ANTI DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI HARASSMENT Contractor and/or any subcontractor shall not unlawfully discriminate against or harass any individual including, but not limited to, any employee or volunteer of the County of Marin based on race, color, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, age or condition of disability.   • Nondiscrimination in Employment Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law. Contractor shall provide equal opportunity in all employment practices. Consultants shall ensure that their subcontractors comply with this program.   • NON-DISCRIMINATION/HARASSMENT 3.01 Both the Company and the Union are committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. Employees must not engage in discrimination or harassment because of prohibited ground contrary to the Ontario Human Rights Code (the “Code”).   • Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity Consultant shall not discriminate, on the basis of a person’s race, religion, color, national origin, age, physical or mental handicap or disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, or sexual orientation, against any employee, applicant for employment, subcontractor, bidder for a subcontract, or participant in, recipient of, or applicant for any services or programs provided by Consultant under this Agreement.   • Non-Discrimination in Benefits Grantee does not as of the date of this Agreement and will not during the term of this Agreement, in any of its operations in San Francisco or where the work is being performed for the City or elsewhere within the United States, discriminate in the provision of bereavement leave, family medical leave, health benefits, membership or membership discounts, moving expenses, pension and retirement benefits or travel benefits, as well as any benefits other than the benefits specified above, between employees with domestic partners and employees with spouses, and/or between the domestic partners and spouses of such employees, where the domestic partnership has been registered with a governmental entity pursuant to state or local law authorizing such registration, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 12B.2(b) of the San Francisco Administrative Code.

  • Nondiscrimination - ADA Compliance Contractor agrees to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section V of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and with all applicable requirements of federal and state civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules and regulations. Contractor also shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended by the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) of 2008 and any subsequent amendments (42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.) (Pub No. 101-336), ORS 659A, and all regulations and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws. Contractor agrees to comply with ADA in its employment and nondiscrimination practices, and that it shall perform its contractual obligations consistent with ADA federal requirements/regulations, state disability and accessibility law and requirements, and applicable regulations and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws.
