Annual Window. Annually, during the month of January, for the duration of this Agreement, a teacher may submit an irrevocable request to retire to the Superintendent, setting forth a desired retirement date during the length of this Agreement. Any such retirement notification must be made during one of the January "window periods" provided above, and the anticipated retirement must be no later than June 30, 2019.

  • year The employee shall provide medical substantiation to support her request for pregnancy leave. The request must include the beginning and ending dates of the leave and must be requested no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the birth of the child. Any changes to the leave, once approved, are permissive and subject to the approval of the department head or designee.

The Administrator shall not be entitled to any additional paid days unless specifically required to work beyond the Two Hundred Sixty (260) day contract by the Superintendent or the Board.
