ANNUAL VACATIONS AND PAY ENTITLEMENTS. β Employees are entitled to annual vacation pay, according to their completed years of consecutive service, calculated from their date of hire. Annual vacation pay shall be calculated using the applicable percentage from Clause 17.1 above of the employee's gross earnings for the preceding year.
