Annual Target. LITRONIC and DISTRIBUTOR have established annual target ------------- purchase quota for the Products during the period commencing from the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 1999 as set forth in Section 8 of the term sheet above (the "Target Purchase Quota"), and CTC shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to meet the Target Purchase Quota. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary and for avoidance of doubts, the parties acknowledge and agree that the Target Purchase Quota shall not be construed as creating any legally binding obligation of DISTRIBUTOR to purchase those amounts of the Products.
Annual Target. For the first year no commercial target shall be fixed. At the beginning of the Gregorian year the commercial targets shall be fixed and enclosed to the contract. Three months before the start of each Gregorian year, the Distributor shall inform his forecasts for orders of the Products for the next year, forecasts that shall have an indicative character.
Annual Target. As a target, Distributor shall use its reasonable efforts to purchase from Imatron through Importer fifteen (15) Systems, the breakdown of which are four (4) Systems during Y2001, five (5) Systems during the second year, and six (6) Systems during the third year (respectively, "the Target Quantity").

Annual Target a. The estimated annual number of participants is 1,200 students per contract year.
Annual Target a. APU may select up to two (2) schools per school year to receive a drought tolerant garden. Task 1.4: Solar for Schools Renewable Energy Education APU has utility-owned solar power systems installed on local public schools throughout the City of Anaheim. Nine schools participated in Phase I of the program and Phase II is currently underway.
Annual Target a. ITO shall visit and present Solar for Schools Renewable Energy Education to an estimated 10 schools per year.
