Common use of Annual Salary Review Clause in Contracts

Annual Salary Review. On or before each anniversary of the effective date of this AGREEMENT, the annual salary of the EMPLOYEE shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the EMPLOYER and may be maintained or increased, in its discretion, based upon the EMPLOYEE's individual performance and the overall profitability and financial condition of the EMPLOYER. The results of the annual salary review shall be reflected in the minutes of the appropriate meetings of the Board of Directors of the EMPLOYER.
