Sole Rights. The severance rights provided in this Section 4.0 shall constitute the sole and only entitlement of Employee with respect to severance pay in the event of the termination, other than for cause. Employee expressly waives any and all other rights with respect to severance pay except as provided herein. Any and all severance rights are conditioned upon and in consideration for execution of the standard “Agreement of Separation, Severance, and General Release” attached hereto in form only as Exhibit “B.”
Sole Rights. The Planner shall be the sole professional Planner of the day at the venue(s) specified.

On the Effective Date, the holders of certificates formerly representing Bank Common Stock issued and outstanding on the Effective Date shall cease to have any rights with respect to such Bank Common Stock, and their sole rights on and following the Effective Date shall be with respect to Holding Company Common Stock into which their shares of Bank Common Stock shall have been converted as a result of the Reorganization.
Sole Rights. Each Party shall own and retain all right, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property and Know-How generated by or under the authority of such Party or its Affiliates, in activities conducted under this Agreement, independently of the other Party and its Affiliates, other than Assigned Product Rights (collectively, “Sole Rights”).
Sole Rights. Each Party shall retain the sole right and control, in its discretion, with respect to filing, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of Intellectual Property owned by such Party or its Affiliates, provided that BH shall be responsible to pay all required maintenance fees for the issued patents and issued plant variety protection certificates in the Licensed IP during the Term, unless and until the Conversion Effective Date has occurred.

Sole Rights. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed or constrained to give to either party any right or license in any trade mark, patent or other industrial property of the other xxxxy, except as in herein agreed to between the parties. 14.14
Sole Rights. This Section sets forth the single and only one time renewal right to Tenant; any other right or option to renew or extend this Lease is hereby deleted.
