Annual Performance Review. Contractor shall participate in a mandatory annual performance review with the Lead State and NASPO ValuePoint, which may at the discretion of the Lead State be held in person and which may include a discussion of marketing action plans, target strategies, marketing materials, Contractor reporting, and timeliness of payment of administration fees.
