Common use of Annual Performance Review Clause in Contracts

Annual Performance Review. ‌ The School shall be subject to a review of its academic, organizational, and financial performance at least annually and is required to comply with obligations as indicated in Attachment 9: Identification of Documentation Required for Annual Performance Report.
