Common use of Annual Performance Review Clause in Contracts

Annual Performance Review. Identix shall perform an annual review of Employee's performance and, in the discretion of the Board of Directors of Identix, make appropriate increases in Employee's base salary and determine whether additional stock option grants should be recommended to the Board of Directors of Identix. The first such annual performance review after the Effective Date shall be conducted on or about July 2002.

Identix shall perform an annual review periodic reviews of Employee's ’s performance and, in the discretion of the Board of Directors of Identix, make appropriate increases in Employee's ’s base salary and determine whether additional stock option grants should be recommended to the Board of Directors of Identix. The first such annual performance review after the Effective Date shall be conducted on or about July 2002.

Identix shall perform an annual review of Employee's performance and, in the discretion of the Board of Directors of Identix, make appropriate increases in Employee's base salary and determine whether additional stock option grants (in any event not less than the minimums specified above, where applicable) should be recommended to the Board of Directors of Identix. The first such annual performance review after the Effective Date shall be conducted on or about July 20022004.

Annual Performance Review. Identix shall perform an annual ------------------------- review of Employee's performance and, in the discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of IdentixDirectors, make appropriate increases in Employee's base salary salary, establish an incentive bonus program for the upcoming 12 months and determine whether additional stock option grants should be recommended to the Board of Directors of Identix. The first such annual performance review after the Effective Date shall be conducted on or about July 2002September 30, 2000.
