Common use of Annual Performance Review Clause in Contracts

Annual Performance Review. The Company shall perform an annual ------------------------- review of Employee's performance and, in the discretion of the IDT Holdings Board of Directors, make appropriate increases in Employee's base salary and determine whether additional stock option grants should be recommended to the Board of Directors of Identix.
