Amendment to the Personnel Polices and Procedures and Departmental Rules and Regulations. It is understood and agreed that there exists within the City, in written form, Personnel Policies and Procedures and departmental rules and regulations. Except as specifically modified by this MOU, these rules, regulations, and policies and procedures by any subsequent amendments thereto, shall be in full force and effect during the term of this MOU. Before any new or subsequent amendments to these personnel policies and procedures or departmental rules and regulations, directly affecting wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment are implemented, the City shall meet with the Association regarding such changes in accordance with Government Code Section 3500 et seq. Nothing provided herein shall prevent the City from implementing such rules and regulations provided it has met with the Association as required by law provided employees wages and fringe benefits are not reduced unless agreed to by the Association.

  • Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-­‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee.   • Compliance with Federal and State Work Authorization and Immigration Laws The Contractor and all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants must comply with all federal and state work authorization and immigration laws, and must certify compliance using the form set forth in Section 7 (“Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavits”).
