Common use of All Employees to be Members Clause in Contracts

All Employees to be Members. 6.02 All Employees of the Corporation for whom the Union has bargaining rights (as noted in Article 2), as a condition of continuing employment, shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union. All future Employees of the Corporation employed in workplaces for whom the Union has bargaining rights (as noted in Article 2), shall as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union within thirty (30) days of employment with the Corporation.

All Employees to be Members. 6.02 All Employees of the Corporation for whom the Union has bargaining rights (as noted in Article 2)Bargaining Unit employees, as a condition of continuing employment, continued employment shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union except as modified by Article 12.03 according to the constitution and by-laws of the Union. All future Employees of the Corporation employed in workplaces for whom the Union has bargaining rights (as noted in Article 2), employees shall as a condition of continued employment, employment become and remain members in good standing in the Union within thirty (30) days of employment with the Corporationemployment.

It is understood the Corporationconstitution and bylaws of the Union are not part of this collective agreement and the Employer is not bound by these documents.
