Adverse Weather Conditions. a) Under adverse weather conditions a teacher shall make an individual decision on the matter of whether it is safe to travel to work. A teacher who is unable to reach his/her school may, instead, travel to the nearest elementary school and perform the duties assigned by the Principal of that school.
