Common use of Additional Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Additional Personal Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements of sub-clauses 84.6 and 84.7 (notice and documentation requirements), an employee who has exhausted his/her entitlement to paid personal leave under sub-clause 84.3 is entitled to access up to two (2) days unpaid carer’s leave on each occasion that he/she requires carer’s leave . This may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee and the CEO.

Additional Personal Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements of sub-clauses 84.6 57.7 (Notice) and 84.7 57.8 (notice and documentation requirementsDocumentation), an employee who has exhausted his/his or her entitlement to paid personal leave under sub-clause 84.3 is entitled to access up to two (2) 2 days unpaid carer’s leave on each occasion that he/he or she requires carer’s leave leave. This may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) 2 days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee and the CEO.

This may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) 2 days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee Employee and the CEO.

(a) Subject to the requirements of sub-clauses 84.6 44.6 and 84.7 (notice and documentation requirements)44.7, an employee Employee who has exhausted his/her entitlement to paid personal leave under sub-clause 84.3 44.4(a)(ii) is entitled to access up to two (2) 2 days unpaid carer’s leave on each occasion that he/she requires carer’s leave . This may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) 2 days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee Employee and the CEO.

This may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee Employee and the CEO.

This may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) 2 days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee and the CEOMD.

Additional Personal Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements of sub-clauses 84.6 4.7 and 84.7 (notice and documentation requirements)4.8, an employee who has exhausted his/her entitlement to paid personal leave under sub-clause 84.3 4.5(a)(ii) is entitled to access up to two (2) 2 days unpaid carer’s leave on each occasion that he/she requires carer’s leave . This may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) 2 days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee and the CEO.

(a) Subject to the requirements of sub-clauses 84.6 47.7 and 84.7 (notice and documentation requirements)47.8, an employee who has exhausted his/his or her entitlement to paid personal leave under sub-clause 84.3 is entitled to access up to two (2) days unpaid carer’s leave on each occasion that he/she requires carer’s leave leave. This leave may be taken as a single unbroken period of up to two (2) days or any separate periods as agreed between the employee and the CEO.
