Additional Insureds / Insurance Endorsements. The Architect agrees that it will arrange to have its general liability and automobile liability insurance policies be endorsed to name Owner, MEDA, CCDC, the Indemnitees referenced in Section 12.5 of this Agreement, and each of their respective directors, officers, lenders, investors, members, partners, employees and agents (collectively, the “Additional Insureds”) as additional insureds under said policies. Also, the policies must be endorsed to provide the following notice: “Insurance Company shall notify Owner at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any cancellation or reduction in coverages in any said policies.”

  • Additional Insured City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds using the applicable ISO additional insured endorsement(s) or substitute forms providing equivalent coverage, in respects to damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law. Any failure by the Contractor to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect its obligations to the additional insureds.

  • Additional Insureds City, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers must be named as additional insureds with respect to any policy of general liability, automobile, or pollution insurance specified as required in Exhibit B or as may otherwise be specified by City’s Risk Manager..
