Activities Not Listed As “Allowable Activities. If the Recipient seeks to fund activities that do not qualify as "Allowable activities" as defined in Attachment 6, those activities or modified activities are subject to the DOE Contracting Officer provides written authorization for those activities. Should the Recipient elect to undertake activities prior to written authorization from the Contracting Officer, the Recipient does so at risk of not receiving Federal funding for those activities, and such costs may not be recognized as allowable cost share.

Activities Not Listed As “Allowable Activities. If the Recipient seeks to fund activities that do not qualify as "Allowable activities" as defined in Attachment 6, those activities or modified activities are subject to additional NEPA review which requires submission of an environmental questionnaire found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx-xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/NEPA.aspx and those activities are not authorized for Federal funding unless and until the DOE Contracting Officer provides written authorization for those activities. Should the Recipient elect to undertake activities prior to written authorization from the Contracting Officer, the Recipient does so at risk of not receiving Federal funding for those activities, and such costs may not be recognized as allowable cost share.

  • Cease Activities Upon receiving a notice of termination of this Grant, Grantee must immediately cease all activities under this Grant, unless Agency expressly directs otherwise in such notice.
