Acknowledgment of Commencement. After delivery of the Leased Premises to Tenant, Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of the date of commencement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, and by this reference it shall be incorporated herein. The failure or delay by Landlord to request such acknowledgment or the failure or delay by Tenant in executing and delivery such acknowledgement shall not delay or extend the Commencement Date.
Acknowledgment of Commencement. After delivery of the Leased Premises to Lessee, Lessee shall execute a written acknowledgment of the date of commencement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "D" and by this reference it shall be incorporated herein.
Acknowledgment of Commencement. Upon the commencement of the Term, the parties shall execute and exchange a recordable Lease instrument, specifying the commencement and expiration dates of the Term.

Within five (5) days after delivery of the Leased Premises to Tenant, Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of the date of commencement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, and by this reference it shall be incorporated herein. The failure or delay by Landlord to request such acknowledgement or the failure or delay by Tenant to execute and provide such acknowledgment shall not delay the Commencement Date.
Acknowledgment of Commencement. After delivery of the Leased Premises to Lessee, Xxxxxx shall execute a written acknowledgment of the date of commencement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E, and by this reference it shall be incorporated herein.
Acknowledgment of Commencement. After Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of the date of commencement and Minimum Monthly Rent schedule in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, and by this reference it shall be incorporated herein. The failure of Tenant to execute such acknowledgment or the failure of Landlord to request such acknowledgment shall not delay or extend or otherwise affect the start of the Commencement Date or any obligation of Tenant to pay any Rent or perform other obligations under this Lease.
Acknowledgment of Commencement. Upon the commencement of the Term, the parties, if requested by Landlord, shall execute and exchange a recordable instrument, specifying the commencement and expiration dates of the Term. Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the Landlord's express written consent which consent may be withheld for any or no reason.
Acknowledgment of Commencement. Within ten (10) days after receipt of a request therefor at any time following the Commencement Date, Txxxxx agrees to execute and deliver to Landlord a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D, indicating any exceptions thereto which may exist at that time. Failure of Tenant to execute and deliver such certificate within such time limit shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of the Premises and acknowledgment that the statements included in Exhibit D are true and correct without exception.
Acknowledgment of Commencement. Within five (5) business days after request by Landlord, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a written acknowledgment of the Delivery Date and Commencement Date in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, and by this reference it shall be incorporated herein. Landlord may elect to require Tenant to execute a separate acknowledgement for the Delivery Date and for the Commencement Date. The failure or delay by Landlord to request such acknowledgement or the failure or delay by Tenant to execute and deliver such acknowledgment shall not delay the Delivery Date or the Commencement Date. The failure of Tenant to execute and deliver such acknowledgement to Landlord with said five (5) business day period shall mean that the information in the acknowledgement provided by Landlord to Tenant shall be deemed correct and binding on Tenant.
