Accounting for property. If any property is acquired by the Contractor with funds provided by the Board under this Agreement, the property shall be deemed purchased by the Board for the use of the Contractor during the term of the Agreement shall be permanently embossed "Property of New York City Board of Education" and shall be returned to the Board, at the Contractor's expense, within thirty (30) days after the end of said term, unless the Contractor is otherwise notified in writing by the Chancellor or his designee.
