Internet Accessibility Sample Clauses
Internet Accessibility. The Company will cooperate with the Placement Agent and afford it an Internet interview per quarter after the Offering (including a video broadcast) in form and at the reasonable request of the Placement Agent other than if such Internet interview would violate applicable securities laws in the opinion of counsel to the Placement Agent and the Company.
Internet Accessibility. The Shoshone Recreation District and the City of Cody do not routinely monitor Internet activity; however, both entities reserve the right to do so if need arises. Either entity may also block, filter, or restrict any content or traffic that is illegal or negatively interferes with another user's ability to access the network. You acknowledge that accessing the Internet through the wireless network may result in encountering obscene, offensive, or inaccurate information. Further, you acknowledge that you may expose your device to viruses or other malicious software when using the network. Neither the Shoshone Recreation District nor the City of ▇▇▇▇ is liable for any result of content encountered on the Internet while connected to this network.
Internet Accessibility. Provider shall be required to maintain a high speed Internet connection for the Term of this Agreement in order to download and submit documents electronically through the Board's Special Education Student Information System.
