Accommodation Meetings. The TTC will make best efforts to inform the Union of any meeting(s) concerning the accommodation of an employee for medical reasons. The TTC will not unreasonably deny a request by the Union to attend any meeting(s) concerning the accommodation of an employee for medical reasons or to address a dispute relating to WSIB top-up, however, there shall not be more than one representative at such meeting(s).
